I work with autistic people, people with attention differences, and other forms of neurodivergence, or who are in a relationship with someone who does (e.g., parent, partner). I am a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who helps clients identify their unique strengths, their values, and their goals. Together we use that information to identify practical tools to make things better.
I provide autism evaluations for adults and children. Many autistic people have struggled with differences in how they experience the world and this has greatly impacted their lives. An autism diagnosis can help someone better understand themselves or, for parents, their child.
